Food Safe Detectable Expandaband

This unique product has been designed to ensure maximum comfort. The adjustable detectable pressure band allows the wearer to adjust the pressure exerted into the ear canal to suit their own comfort factor.

Used with the sonar detectable earplugs 2 and 3 flange. Expandaband allows earplugs to be clear of work surfaces to avoid cross-contamination.

Can be worn under the chin or behind the head.

Meeting the requirements of EN352-2 and are CE-Marked in accordance with the requirements of European Directive 89/686/EEC.

Detectable Keyhole Tags

Detectamet standard keyhole tag features heat and strength resistance with all round durability – this tag will suit 80% of applications.

The Detectamet Tag is a quad laminate material used for tags designed for the food processing environments and detectable by end of line metal detectors.

Our larger tag size is pre printed on one side showing product, date/time, batch code, use by and two extra lines for your reference.

Size 50 x 279mm. We can supply other sizes if required.

Food Safe Detectable Storage Containers

Meeting the requirements of Regulation 10/2011 and 2002/72/EC and amendments.

The products in this range are all produced from a specially formulated material based on high impact food safe polypropylene. This material has the ability to be detected and rejected by typical metal detection machines used in the food processing industry. To bring this range into line with typical colour coding systems, our metal detectable range is available in red, blue, green, yellow and now also in white on request.

There are no clumps or clusters at the corners or edges and no clumps or clusters that induce weakness and unreliable results and failures.

Detectamet range of detectable containers, scrapers, hand scoops, round bowl scoops, universal stirrers and flexi scrapers are always produced from exactly the same raw material, giving a consistency and continuity of product, which also reduces the need for regular site appraisals.
